This fast and interactive LOAN & MORTGAGE CALCULATOR is designed to be both dynamic and intuitive while offering a clear and pleasant interface to the user.All you need is to enter minimum 2 figures (your total loan amount and the loan duration which can be years or months or a combination of both) and then of course your loan interest rate. A calculated result for your loan selection will be provided automatically. The loan and mortgage calculator will also display graphs of the loan characteristics. By entering a date, you can then change the graph into a display of the full amortisation schedule listing.The user can toggle between graphics and schedule by clicking on the button repeatedly.The graph itself is animated and clickable for specific point data information as well.
The display is conveniently adaptive to screen rotation with arguably even better overview in landscape mode.
